About the Event

Session Details:

Empower & Elevate: Tools for Thriving in Work and Life is a dynamic, 1 hour workshop designed for volunteers and professionals in the non-profit sector who want to build resilience, reclaim energy, and optimize their daily work-life balance.

This interactive session weaves together insights on rethinking stress to navigate burnout, mastering time with block scheduling, and crafting a balanced life through self-care.

Participants will engage in reflective exercises—including stress reframing, creating a personalized weekly time block plan, and mapping their Circle of Life—to foster practical, actionable strategies.

The session will culminate with a powerful story underscoring the impact of energized volunteers on society and the non-profit sector. Attendees will leave equipped with new tools to spark change in their personal and professional lives while connecting with a community committed to collective well-being.
