- VolWeb.ca
is an exciting initiative from 2010 Legacies Now designed
to help organizations and volunteers connect to help support the
many exciting events across BC. VolWeb.ca – a web-based registration
system – makes it easy for organizations to find a dedicated team
of volunteers to make their events a success.
- Contact your local volunteer centre (find a list of BC volunteer
centres). Volunteer centres are the experts in your community
on volunteerism. Many centres manage a database of volunteer opportunities
for their communities and most do have their own websites.
- CharityVillage also has a volunteer opportunities section on
their website. Visit CharityVillage at www.charityvillage.com.
