Juggling Priorities as a Board
It is important to stay on track with the Values and Mission of
the organization in identifying competing organization priorities.
What drives who you are and what you do is determined, in large
part, by the core values and core guiding principles developed by
your organization's board of directors.
It is always a challenge for organizations to prioritize the internal
issues facing the organization and evaluate the progress made.

Planning, for the Board for assistance in prioritizing issues and
staying on track.
